Melissa A. Daniels

Melissa Daniels became a named shareholder in January 2026 after previously working as an associate when she joined the firm in 2019.  Melissa’s civil and aviation litigation practice focuses on personal injury and property damage claims, including claims involving amputations, brain injuries, bodily injury, psychological injury, wrongful death, damage to agricultural products, and lost business income.

In addition, Melissa represents various entities in employment related claims involving discrimination, failure to accommodation, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, harassment, failure to provide rest and meal breaks, withholding of wages, class action wage claims, and other employment related claims.

Melissa has experience with jury trials, mediations, supervising discovery in complex litigation, and managing appeals. In 2026, she was selected to the Rising Stars for Super Lawyers.
