Our public entities litigation team is managed by Mark Northcraft. Mark has worked with public entities since the beginning of his career when he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Torts Division for the State of Washington. Since entering private practice, Mark has provided litigation and consulting services to municipalities across the state of Washington.

Our firm has litigated a wide range of cases, including those involving aquatic injury and drowning, cross-walk injury and death, and slip and fall injuries, as well as cases alleging defective playground equipment, premises liability, improper surveillance of city employees, false arrest, excessive force and racketeering activities, wrongful termination, violation of free speech, sexual harassment and employment discrimination. We have also litigated claims involving the destruction of Native American grave sites.

We work closely with city administrators and help them resolve their concerns in a proficient and productive manner.
