Mark is an experienced practitioner before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Washington Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Court. He is also designated by Travelers as a Tier I Attorney, which authorizes him to litigate claims with values exceeding $1 million. Mark is a past chairperson of the Aviation Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association, and is frequently asked to speak to school district personnel and coaches on sports law and applicable risk management techniques.
